The stakeholder engagement efforts led by the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Group (SCLG) Undersecretary is to strengthen and modernize the logistics ecosystem in the Philippines. Central to these initiatives is the rebranding of "Logistics and Supply Chain Philippines," aimed at fostering stronger partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. The team collaborates with a broad range of industry players including truckers associations, last mile delivery services, wholesale and retail trade groups, shipping lines, terminal and container yard operators, freight forwarders, and port users. These engagements support the government's thrust to enhance logistics infrastructure, streamline supply chain operations, and ensure efficiency in movement of goods across domestic and international markets. By actively involving air cargo providers, customs brokers, and cold storage operators, the SCLG ensures that every node of the logistics network is empowered to contribute to national competitiveness and economic recovery.
