Overview

Dedicated to elevating workforce competencies and industry capabilities, the Skills Workforce and Development initiative strategically focuses on the supply chain and logistics sector. It fosters collaborative partnerships with government, industry associations, businesses, academic institutions, and training providers to deliver tailored initiatives that benefit both MSMEs and the broader workforce. Central to its mission, the initiative champions the creation of specialized industry modules and facilitates targeted training programs through the Supply Chain and Logistics Center. Furthermore, by advocating for e-learning platforms, it broadens access to crucial capacity-building and upskilling opportunities for both MSMEs and the workforce. This comprehensive approach effectively bridges the divide between education and industry, thereby ensuring that all workforce development efforts precisely align with the evolving demands of the logistics and supply chain landscape.
