The Supply Chain Accelerated Learning & Upskilling (SCALE UP) Program is a flagship training initiative aligned with the Philippine Skills Framework for Supply Chain and Logistics (PSF-SCL). It builds a future-ready logistics workforce by addressing knowledge gaps, enhancing MSME capabilities, and improving operational efficiency.
SCALE UP features short, modular video lessons available on the DTI YouTube Channel, produced in partnership with the Presidential Communications Office – Bagong Pilipinas Studio. Eight modules are already completed—including transport, procurement, warehousing, import/export, and supply chain financing—with more in development to equip learners with practical, industry-relevant skills.
