Undersecretary Mary Jean T. Pacheco joined the panel of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia’s 25th anniversary webinar “ISAng Bansa, ISAng Pangarap” held on June 10, 2025 via Zoom. She shared DTI’s governance transformation journey through the Performance Governance System (PGS), highlighting how the agency institutionalized scorecards, dashboards, and strategic roadmaps to improve public service delivery. Usec. Pacheco emphasized the importance of aligning national development goals with investments in logistics, digital upskilling, and sustainable infrastructure. She also encouraged cross-sector collaboration as a key driver for building a future-ready and well-governed society by 2046.
