DTI Undersecretary Mary Jean T. Pacheco joined the 23rd Annual General Membership Meeting and Training Conference of the Cold Chain Association of the Philippines (CCAP) as a guest speaker held on June 19 at the Boracay Newcoast Convention Center, highlighting DTI’s strong push to boost cold chain infrastructure nationwide.

Usec. Pacheco underscored the importance of public-private collaboration in expanding cold chain capacity and improving food security. She also announced DTI’s upcoming investment prospectus for the cold chain sector, aimed at attracting private capital to modernize facilities and strengthen the country’s logistics backbone.
